In this talk, I will present the approach we are currently implementing for optimizing the spatial precision of the current magnetoencephalography system up to the laminar level, e.g. in visual or language networks. This approach combines the optimization of the recording set-up, the stimulus design and the data analysis. This approach should allow us to answer questions that we could not address in the past.
